Hello, I'm a 27-year-old CU Boulder PhD Student Looking for a Roommate.
Rent: $1,082/month + utilities ($50–100/month)
Move-in: Anytime between August 1 and September 1
The apartment you would be renting is a 2-bed, 1-bath apartment just a 10-minute walk to CU Boulder (30th & Colorado).
Apartment:
- You would be renting the larger of the two bedrooms (comes with a spacious closet)
- Balcony with Flatirons view
- Extra storage room
- On-site laundry & reserved parking
- No water bill
- Responsive property management
About me: I'm a 27-year-old graduate student who enjoys reading and painting. I keep the apartment clean, and I value open communication.

I'm looking for someone who's clean, communicative, and easy to live with. Since it will be the two of us, I'm hoping we can get along. All genders are welcome, and pets are negotiable.

Note: Most furniture in the photos belongs to my current roommate and will be removed. If you have furniture, we can coordinate.

The bed in the bedroom photo is a queen for reference.
