Lovely townhome in safe, quiet cul-de-sac in the gunbarrel neighborhood. Looking for responsible, respectful, and kind roommate. I'm able to rent out both a bedroom and an office. Both are unfurnished and located on the second floor & south facing so lots of sun. Wood floors throughout and the backyard opens onto open space. I'm open to having a dog in the house. I'm hoping to find somebody who is interested in staying for at least six months to a year.
