🏠 2 Bright Rooms in 4bd, 3br South Boulder Home

Hey everyone! We have two sun-filled rooms opening up for a 6-12 month stay starting June 1st in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on Seminole Drive in southeast Boulder. We’re looking for reliable professionals who want a quiet, clean, and stable home base.

The Setup:
Room 1 ($1,025 + utilities): Available for rent starting as early as May 1st. Huge room with a double closet and space for a desk or small couch.
Room 2 ($950 + utilities): Flatirons view with tons of natural afternoon/evening light and fresh air.
Double Room Option (reduced price for one person taking both rooms): Perfect if you want a private bedroom + a separate dedicated space for an office or whatever your heart desires. (Also open to a couple renting both).
Bathroom: Shared with one other person (or all yours if you want the double room), and has double sinks so you have plenty of space for yourself.

The House and Us
The house is spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced-in yard and TONS of storage. We have a cat and are open to considering one well-behaved, cat-friendly dog.

The tenants you’d live with are a couple of five years. He (29) works in the nonprofit world from home, and she (28) works as a massage therapist in North Boulder. Both love music, the outdoors (fishing, hiking, biking, skiing), game nights, cooking, and have lived in this wonderful home for the past 3 years.
