- Hi there! I'm looking for a housemate to share the apartment that I rent. My current housemate just got engaged so she no longer lives here, and the lease runs through July. However, I am looking for someone who can take on the remainder of the current lease with the intent to renew the lease with me. That makes the move in time very flexible. If we meet and are a fit, you would still need to apply with the landlord and go through a background and credit check, but could conceivably move in before May.

- I'm looking for someone who is clean, considerate of others, and is relatively quiet. I have no problem with guests coming over but frequent loud parties would be a problem.

- My old housemate left the twin XL bed, dresser, side table, and lamp. The option is available to move in to a furnished room with that furniture, but if not, that furniture will be sold and the room can be empty for move in.

- I am a 36 year old man. I work as an accountant 8-5 Mon-Fri. I love the outdoors, sports, hiking, traveling, music including live shows. I am also politically involved and volunteer locally. I feel strongly about equal rights for all regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, citizenship. I want to live with someone who has similar basic values.

- I have 2 very cute cats. They are friendly and use the whole apartment so someone who is good with cats and has experience living with them is preferred.

- The bedroom is in the first 3 pictures. It is 10 feet, 8 inches by 10 feet, 2 inches. The closet is 33 inches by 24 inches. The bedroom window is east facing so it gets the most sunlight. Apartment is 767 sq ft in total size.

- The remainder of the apartment, shared with me, is also pictured: bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio. There is a shared laundry inside the building, and it's conveniently located across the hall.

- The apartment is in the Arborwood neighborhood in the Glenwood Grove area of Boulder. There is a very nice outdoor community pool, grills and picnic areas, and a sand volleyball court.

- Monthly rent is $835 with an $800 security deposit. Utilities include electric and internet, and they have averaged $66 per month per person this past year.
