Mid-January/February - June 2026 Lease Takeover! (This was written by the current roommate who is looking for someone to sublease as she has taken a job and moving to CA)

Hi all!
I am looking for someone to take over my lease in South Boulder/Table Mesa area. It will be available in late January. It's a 4-bedroom house with central heating/cooling, in-unit laundry, a huge backyard, shed storage, and wonderful roommates. The neighborhood is quiet, with easy access to bus routes and bike paths.

The girls in the house are all in master's programs and are working full or part time. They are clean, thoughtful, and super welcoming. Weekends are usually spent hiking, skiing, or crafting. I am looking for a girl in their mid-20s to take over my lease.

Additionally, I have furniture that I am willing to leave in the room if you'd like! I have a new bed (bought this August), a desk, a dresser, and a bookcase. I am currently traveling for the holidays but will be back in the new year to take photos with current furniture so message me if you'd like more pictures!

Also, my roommate (shared bathroom upstairs) has a very sweet cat named Birdy who prefers to be the only pet in the house.
