Master Bedroom for Rent in North Boulder

Hi! I'm a 26-year old City Planner and looking for a roommate to live in a private bedroom in my 2-bedroom townhouse in North Boulder. The lease is 1.5 years (until July 2025), and you would be officially on the lease. The rent is approximately $1,700/month (I'm willing to negotiate this). The townhouse is owned and rented out by a Mom and her daughter, who are very sweet and accommodating. They will eventually move in, so they are looking for good people to take care of the house. I'd meet you in person to determine compatibility and then you would go through the application process with the owner and her daughter, including a zoom meeting and a background check. The apartment is furnished differently than the pictures from the Zillow listing, so you are welcome to come by and check it out after we meet. It is fully furnished except for your bedroom. The room is ready currently, and I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
