One room for rent in a 5 bedroom home. Room comes with a private bathroom and large closet. The room has a south facing large window and gets lots of light and is unfurnished.

Wifi, electricity, water, satellite TV, and trash are all included in the rent. Private hot tub in the back yard. Access to an open professional kitchen, great for meal preparations, access to an expansive open common space, and access to a shared laundry room. House is shared with 3 other working professional adults and one friendly dog. No other pets at this time.

Off street parking available for one vehicle. Home overlooks and has access to an 18 course golf course and access to a club house, pool, and gym. We look forward to welcoming a new addition to the house.

Rent includes wifi, electricity, water, and trash. The property is non-smoking. No recreational drug use , smoking or vaping anywhere on property.
