Looking for a chill, clean roommate

Looking for a chill, clean roommate to move into the master bedroom.

We're located off Colorado and Arapahoe in Centennial.

Dimensions are roughly 14' × 19' including the walk in closet, then you have a private bathroom. Since your room is upstairs, you have your own AC unit. I set up voice activated lights and blackout for the windows. All can be removed.

We have a small gym and a good amount of storage space in a basement. There's unlimited Wi-Fi. The living room has a 75 inch tv with a PS5, PSVR2, Netflix, HBO, and my personal media server. Anything in the common areas are there to be used.

Rent is $1,100 plus 1/3 utilities (was around $60 before the Iran thing. But had stayed under $100 since). You'll need to pass a credit and background check. I believe it's $50. I plan on resigning the lease and staying indefinitely. I love it here. The current lease is up in February. The landlord prefers only a single person to move into the room, keeping the tenants at 3. So, no couples, sorry.

Currently, it's me, Emmaline, and my pug, Dr. Sniffles. We would prefer no additional pets but may be amenable to a puppy under 25 lbs.
