Shared Housing in Downtown Littleton

I’m looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom in my 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment, located just about 5 minutes from downtown Littleton!

Rent is $1,115/month ALL-IN — this includes rent, all utilities, and internet, so you’ll have one consistent monthly payment with no surprise utility bills!

The available bedroom is large and can comfortably fit a king-size bed with plenty of room left over. It also has a large closet with lots of storage space. The apartment also has in-unit laundry, so no shared laundry room or laundromat!

A little about me: I’m currently in nursing school and work at a hospital, so between school, clinicals, and work, I’m out of the house more than I’m home. I have a 5 year old son 50% of the time, but with my busy schedule he’s usually only here every other weekend. I also have a 6-year-old dog named Rosco who is super friendly and loves people. 🐶

The apartment has a private backyard that I personally don’t use much, so you’d be more than welcome to enjoy the space and make it your own! There’s also a large shared backyard for the quadplex with a big outdoor table, hammock, and yard games.

One of my favorite things about living here is the little community we have. Everyone is friendly, and we usually get together a few times a week to grill, hang out, play games, and share meals. You can be as social as you want while still having your own space and privacy!
