Master Bedroom and Bathroom for Rent

I am looking to add a roommate to the lease for my 2 bedroom apartment. The bedroom is approximately 13.5ft x 10.5ft with attached bathroom (toilet, shower/bathtub, sink) and reach-in closet. Bedroom is unfurnished, except for a lamp and trash bins. Bathroom has shower curtain installed, but no bath mat. There is a closet in the living room with body and hand towels, which you are welcome to use.

Located near Nine Mile Station. Entire unit is a new renovation, so all the appliances, outlets, and carpet have only been used for about 6 months. Kitchen is fully furnished, living room is about halfway furnished (TV but no couch right now) but will be fully furnished within a month or two. Unit does not have washer/dryer in-unit, but laundry facilities are inside the apartment building in a shared laundry space (Costs $2.25 per machine, $4.50 total for a wash and dry). The apartment complex charges for parking, and the cost is $10 per month. Parking is open-lot, with carports available for rent with an additional $40/month. I have one cat. He is initially skittish around new people and animals but warms up quickly, and he can live comfortably with both other cats and dogs (kind of, my cat has only lived with a dog around his own size, I'm not sure how he'd do with a bigger dog). The lease permits up to 2 pets so you are welcome to bring a pet of your own (dogs and cats only, lease doesn't permit birds or reptiles/amphibians) There is an additional pet rent of $35/month.

Asking for up to $900 per month. Base rent is $1394/month, and rent includes water, gas, and a few other utilities, so the actual cost fluctuates each month, but it has never cost more than $1600 total (past 2 months actual rent: July 2026: $1585. August 2026: $1565). I am asking 50% of the rent from a prospective roommate, up to a maximum of $800 per month towards the rent. The power bill is separate from rent, and is around $150-$220/month. I am asking the roommate to pay 50% of the power bill, up to a maximum of $100 per month. If the power bill is less than $200 a month, we'll each pay 50%, but if it's greater than $200 a month you'll only pay a maximum of $100 and I'll pay the rest. I am not charging for internet, I'll pay all of that myself.

Personality-wise I am an introvert. I'm shy and kind of bad at socializing, but I'm looking to improve on that front, so if you want to be friends I am certainly not opposed. That being said, I'm very comfortable on my own so if you don't want to be friends, that's no sweat either. I am a night shift worker (6:30pm - 5:30am, Sundays-Wednesdays) so ideally I'd like to room with another night owl, but I'm comfortable living with people on any sleep schedule (just know I might be making some noise at unusual hours). I'm fairly easygoing, I do my best to be conscientious and courteous and I just ask that you do the same (I won't eat your food, please don't eat my food; I clean up common spaces after I use them, please clean up common spaces after you use them; I'll do my best to respect your privacy and be quiet when you're sleeping, please do the same for me, etc.)

I enjoy PC gaming, it'd be cool to room with another PC gamer. I enjoy hiking and snowboarding, I really like bowling, and I'm trying to get back into reading books. For the next few months I'm probably just gonna be working a lot, so you may not see that much of me.
