Bedroom Available at County Line Station!

We have a 3 bed 2 bath second floor apartment in Englewood for $850/month w utilities plus an extra $15 for internet!
We have 2 cats so you must be okay with animals. Smoker/**0 friendly.
Couples would be moving into the master bedroom with private bathroom and huge walk in closet. Individuals would be moving into spacious third bedroom and sharing a bathroom.

Common space is HUGE and already furnished but can easily fit more furniture if you have any! We have an Xbox and Nintendo Switch that you’re welcome to use. Kitchen comes with filtered water, glass top stove, and updated appliances. You’re also allowed to paint and drill holes in the wall.
Other include: in unit washer/dryer, 24/7 fitness center, Quantum Fiber internet, package receiving service, resident lounge, patio, and convinence store. Easy access to County Line station and Park Meadows.
You will need to supply your own bedroom furniture.

Current residents are Madeline(22f) and Cory(22m) we’ve been living together for three years. We both work full time during the day and tend to hang out in the living room in the evening. Both incredibly friendly and can truly get along with anybody.
