Beautiful brand new 3 story townhome in Englewood. Street parking close to unit. Large kitchen and living room. Large windows and great natural light. Some garage space for storage, but I am a contractor with lots of tools and equipment so no room for parking. In a great location close to everything. Major cross street are Hampden and Santa Fe.

It is just me with no animals. I am a very quiet laid back professional female who works a ton, works out regularly, and has a small circle of friends. My home is where I recharge so I don’t have a lot of visitors. Self care and spirituality is a large part of my life. I do not smoke, but do have the occasional glass of wine. I would prefer a professional female in their 40’s quiet, clean at least in the common areas, non smoker and not a big partier.
