Extra Room Available For Short Term Rent

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate until the end of our lease (July 31). There is already a bed frame in the bedroom, a shared bathroom, in unit washer/dryer, two living rooms, a backyard and a patio, as well as street parking and a garage for extra storage. My roommate does have a small dog that is very friendly, so you must be ok with pets. We don't mind smokers as long as you smoke outside. The house is in a quiet suburban neighborhood not far from the University of Denver, we have not had any problems with neighbors. The property is also less than a 5 minute walk from two public parks.
