The only reason why I am looking for someone to replace my lease is because I have 2 toddlers and the apartment is on the 3rd floor, I feel bullied by the residents on the second floor complaining about my kids walking around. This is a very big 1 bedroom apartment, the landlord pays water and garbage. You will have to pay the electricity and WiFi , also they want you to pay for the rental insurance which cast $17 a month. It has a lot of storage and balcony space and storage.
