Your room (10’ X 12’) has a private entrance; a second room is optional (9’ x 11’) for an additional charge if you are someone who works from home and needs additional space. You have your own private 1/2 bath and would share the shower in the primary bathroom. Outdoor area with plenty of sunlight. I am a quiet mature single woman with two small senior dogs. I work part-time from home on the opposite side of residence. I prefer someone who’s an introvert, and views home as a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I like to clean as I go; I am open to hiring a householder for shared areas if that is not your style. There is plenty of closet storage and off street parking in a safe, quiet community where neighbors are friendly but not nosy. Close to shopping, parks and restaurants. Property is located near DU and several hospitals; perfect for a quiet professional creative, healthcare provider or serious student. On site laundry; large galley kitchen; dishwasher and swamp cooler. Separate pantry storage provided. No shoe policy. Room may be furnished or unfurnished. Utilities will be based on comparable from previous usage. Additional garage storage available for an additional charge. No firearms or illegal drugs or loud parties. Must be consistently employed and submit to a background check.
