Hi! I am Laura, looking for a female roomate to share living space. My home was for sale but no longer I decided not to move. I am 50 active, kind, outgoing but also enjoy some quiet time. Love hiking, yoga, mountains, swimming, paddle boarding and movies. Looking for similar like minded mature low drama female. I am spiritual and free spirit looking for like minded.

I work from home 3 days a week so ideally someone who works outside the home. Must love animals but I have two small wonderful dogs and a cat so probably no new animals. The location is perfect and 15 minutes to anywhere just about near I-25 and c470! Looking for September 5th move in. You would have the room furnished or not. HOA and excel alone are $550 per month so this is a good price. It’s a master bedroom with attached bathroom on opposite end of the condo, with parking space.
