1 Bedroom and Private Bath in a Townhome

I live in a lovely townhome in a family friendly neighborhood. The townhome has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms total and there is 1 room available starting June 2nd. The room has a good amount of closet space and window. Right next to the bedroom is a full bathroom. The townhome is 2 stories, bedrooms upstairs and living space downstairs. Downstairs there is a large living room, spacious kitchen, washer/dryer and small yard. There’s a pantry, closet under the stairs and a garage that fits 1 car (I never use it). The pictures shown show the living room with carpet, it’s changed and now is laminate flooring. Carpet is only upstairs now. There’s cooking equipment, a full couch, TV and tv stand. There’s bedroom is unfurnished. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that backs up to the open space area. There’s lots of trails and walking paths, sometimes there’s deer to see! It’s about 25min from Downtown Denver in the Centennial area. I’ve lived in the home for 3 years now and love it! I’d really like to stay if I can find someone to occupy the second bedroom and bathroom. The landlord is great and move-in date is negotiable. Cats could work, but unfortunately no other dogs.

A bit about me: I’m a teacher who works Monday-Fridays. I have a pup in the home (Blue Heeler mix) who is well-trained. In my free time I enjoy going out with friends, hiking, skiing and camping! Please reach out with any questions- it only let me upload 9 photos, but I’m happy to send more.
