Basement for rent near Southlands Mall

I'm looking to rent out my basement in Centennial near Southlands Mall. It is a nice well kept neighborhood that tends to be pretty quiet. The space has a bed, bath, kitchen, and large living space. It is a walk out basement with a private entrance and plenty of street parking. I live upstairs with my 2 dogs. I'm a working professional with a hybrid work schedule and work in the office at least 3 days per week. I train singers as a side hustle and do occasional recording. I typically travel to other places to do this, but will occasionally have a group or individual over for coaching on weekends/evenings. Otherwise, I'm pretty quiet and looking for someone with similar habits.
