Looking for a roommate for 2bd/1bath apartment

Where I live: Intersection of Arapahoe Road/Parker Road

Price: $950.00/month +1/2 utilities ($100.00-$200.00 depending on how conscientious a consumer you are) I’ll pay for the internet.

Optional: we can split the cost of a garage for extra storage and your car—I just sold mine. $150.00 a month ($75.00 a piece).

The ideal: We’re stable roomies that grow into friends!

Me: Gay man, 42, single, work for Arapahoe County Libraries and have a fantastic core group of friends. I like to cook, bake, do art projects, read, see live music, travel when it’s feasible and wander outside in the giant wilderness preserve/Cherry Creek State Park right behind the apartment building. I don’t smoke marijuana, drink socially and vape constantly. I don’t care if you smoke but it can’t be inside—I’m pretty sensitive to the smell. I have two small dogs, Max and Olivia, intermittently, as I share custody with my ex.

The apartment: 2bd, 1 bath, washer and dryer in unit. Shared spaces tidy, with deep cleaning duties shared and done at least twice a month. Your room is your space, so long as I can’t smell it and you don’t damage anything.

Lease terms: move-in to Sept 2026 with option to renew if all goes well. Willing to consider a shorter lease terms.
