The room is a furnished bedroom with hardwood floors, a queen-size bed, large closet, dresser, and lockable bedroom door with key.

The home has one sweet resident cat, so unfortunately no additional pets are allowed.

The location is quiet and convenient, within walking distance to Koelbel Library, the grocery store, and the High Line Canal trail.

First and last month’s rent are due at lease signing, along with a background check to help ensure a safe living environment.
