People enjoy and feel great staying here. Nice shared kitchen with quality appliances.
Our home is very peaceful and comfortable. Two story with basement, total of , sq. feet. Laundry is in the basement and bedrooms are upstairs on the second level.
We do not have pets and we keep the home very clean.
There are one and a half bathrooms that are shared. The full bathroom has a new shower with a larger tub.
All the utilities are covered with rent. Shared use of all appliances including washer and dryer.
There is a digital door lock for the front door and bedroom doors, with outdoor cameras for security.
My son and I have lived here for years. We delight in sharing the blessing of our home with others.

Blue Room: Queen size bed and all needed linens, including towels.
The tempurpedic mattress is extremely comfortable.
The room is on the second floor of the home and the window faces west.
