About the house: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms tri-level house with a basement. It has a washer and dryer in the house, a fully updated backyard, and plenty of parking on the street. Most of the house has been updated/renovated with the front yard being the newest renovation project. There is 1 bedroom for rent. It has soft carpets, large closet, ceiling fan, and on the entry floor. It is approximately 18’x15’. The house is located close to South Glenn Shopping Mall, which has a 24 hr fitness, restaurants/bars, retail stores, and a movie theatre; all within a mile. The highline canal is about 3 blocks from the house as well as several parks, a recreation center, and a community pool.

About the rent: The rent is $950, which includes all utilities (electric/gas, water, trash, internet). There is a 60-inch TV which is hooked up to Apple TV and with Comcast cable. The basement kitchenette is shared with one other person. There is also a maid that comes once a month to do a detailed cleaning, but we keep the house tidy between cleanings. It is a 6-month lease with the option to renew the lease or to go month-to-month. The deposit is 1 months’ rent ($950) paid before moving in. Move-in date is semi-flexible pending your schedule, but anytime after March 1.

About the roommates: There are 2 roommates plus myself living in the house. One person works for Comcast business (37 years old male). One person is a civil aviation engineer with a master’s degree at UCD (37 years old male). The last roommate works as a chef in a corporate building (28 years old male). We are friendly with each other and enjoy catching up when we are home together. On occasion, we do roommate dinner nights together or playing games when some roommates are home. We are a professional group of friends/roommates who enjoy some quiet time as well small social gatherings. This house is NOT a party house.

About you: You should be employed at a stable job, friendly, relatively clean, outgoing, gay friendly (as we are ALL gay), reliable, and fun. It is a smoke free house, which includes marijuana. There are currently two dogs living in the house. Both are large dogs 75lbs and 90lbs but are friendly with people.
