1 fully furnished bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom condo directly beside Southglen mall. Quiet community with friendly people. Close bus pick ups, 5 minutes to C470, 10 minutes from I25. Owner lives in unit.

2 young(70 lb) dogs and a cat on property. If you're not an animal person, this is the wrooong place for you. They will always be happy to see you and they ain't scerd to show it. Love bugs but enthusiastic with their love. I'm pretty quiet when I'm home but I'm happy to share life with others and frequently invite you to family events, it's just what we do.

Shared communal areas. What's mine is yours to use as long as respect is shown for my property and animals. I have a covered parking spot you're welcome to use, my car doesn't fit, or there's parking in front of the unit. Vehicle information gets shared with the HOA.

Community center use with indoor pool and wet & dry saunas, some work out equipment, pool table, ping pong table, community area included.

No illegal activity tolerated, no drugs. Any police activity will result in immediate removal. Sorry, no 420 either as it gives me migraines. Smoking/vaping ok, just outside please.

First and last month due at contract signing. Month to month only unless we discuss different. You must bring references and current background check. I'm not a meanie, I've just learned what not to deal with :)
