I am looking for a roommate for my roommate who is a substitute teacher and very active in the Heather Gardens Community. Must be very neat and tidy. She has a cat. I want someone to take over my lease for available move in on Nov. 1. Huge upstairs master bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. Full unfinished basement for extra storage and washer/dryer. Shared kitchen, living room, and dining. bedroom will be unfurnished. What you see in the bedroom are my furnishings. $1050 includes shared utilities.
