Room for rent in an enjoyable and quirky household.

Currently 2 people live here: one he/they (28), one she/her (33). This space is lgbtq+ friendly, you must be too! Our ideal roommate is someone who is between 24-40, who is nice to be around, good at communication, can keep common spaces clean, and who might enjoy the occasional hangout movie night or friend gathering. This house is non-smoking . There is one sweet medium sized dog who lives with us, and she's very quiet and polite. We are open to another dog, but no cats due to allergies (sorry!)

The room for rent is a good sized bedroom - 138 sq ft (12'11" x 10'8"). It's a basement level, but the windows are above ground, so it still gets lots of natural light while staying nice and cool during the summer. The room faces the front on a quiet street. It has built in shelving and a good sized closet. The bathroom is shared with one other person. The basement also includes a cozy living room area.

The house includes in house laundry, two cozy living rooms, an adorable kitchen, an absolutely massive fenced in backyard. The porch in the back has a hammock, firepit, and fountain, it is really enjoyable to spend time in. The house has both central ac and central heat. There's always ample street parking, and we're a block away from expo park, which has a lake and nice walking paths.

Room is currently available. Utilities are not included, but generally run $80-100/month and includes water, trash, wifi, electric, lawn mowing, and shared household items like tp and paper towels. People with move in dates between now and Sept 1st will be prioritized.
