May 16th Air B &B type set up! Furnished Basement bungalow in a 3000 sq/ft' home 2 persons- live on 1st floor. Basement - kitchenette with fridge , microwave, Keurig, -1/4 bath- queen bed-65" new T. V -Fireplace-Washer dryer-FREE Wi-Fi, maid service bathroom gets cleaned every week, basement gets cleaned every 2 weeks as needed. Short terms stay 6 months if needed a longer stay, we can talk. Must have credit card , ID or License, NO sleep overs or guest.
$950 month, $600. deposit, 3 references are also required. You must be clean, neat, practice good hygiene, be respectful of others and their property and buy your own toiletry.
Provided: paper plates, paper towels, trash bags, linens, clean sheets once a month.👍If you can handle no drama and stay to yourself we will get along great! Close to Aurora mall, Bus is very close, 20 minutes from down town!
