West facing bedroom and private bathroom for rent! $935/mo + utilities u til April, then rent will drop to $620/mo + utilities which rarely go over $50/person! The apartment is furnished and we have a couple items available for your room and walk-in closet if needed. We have two adorable kitties so preferably no more pets but we can accommodate for the right situation! Currently I am living in here myself, I’m 22 and work as a full-time pastry chef at a golf club as well as part-time caregiver and personal chef. I love art, food, books, and the outdoors but am mostly a homebody so I’d much rather stay in with a movie than go party! My partner will be moving in April (hence the rent decrease) and he works as a RBT with autistic children. He is also very much a homebody and we enjoy casual outings to hole in the wall cafes and restaurants as well as parks and calm spaces. We have the John F Kennedy park as our backyard and we are 5 mins from Hmart, 10 mins to belleview station, and only 3 mins from 225 with a ton of restaurants and small grocery shops in the area!
