The Space: I am renting out a 10' x 12' bedroom in my 3-bedroom home. The room features a large walk-in closet, great natural light, and beautiful Rocky Mountain views. It is currently mainly unfurnished, but I will provide a queen bed at no charge if needed.

Downstairs Common Areas:
Kitchen: Fully equipped with new appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven. You’ll have dedicated cabinet and fridge space.

Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer.

Extras: Backyard and Porches. Dedicated off-street parking space.

The Location:
Proximity: 3 blocks to the Stanley Marketplace, full of great dining and shopping options.

Neighborhood: Quiet mixed-use street area across from baseball fields, park, and walking trails

The Ideal Roommate: I am looking for a female professional or student who is clean, quiet, and communicative.

Work Schedule: I work part-time outside of the home and often studying while home. My 8-year-old son lives here 50% of the time, and an elderly cat 100% of the time. I sometimes board a dog overnight as well, so you must like animals, but not have one of your own.

House Rules: No smoking inside, but vaping is okay. Guests are limited to 2 nights per week max (excluding children).
