Very big modern home w/ cheap utilities

3500 sq ft home with high ceilings, pool table, theater (155 inch screen), sauna, mini-gym in the laundry room, and driveway with garage. My truck doesn’t fit in the garage so it’s open for use. Streets are very wide and we’ve had friends leave vehicles on our street for weeks at a time with no issues. House is very modern, solar panels make the electricity bill super cheap, internet is solid, and there’s more storage space than we can take up even if we tried. 5 bedroom house but 1 of the guys rents 2 rooms (2nd is his office) so there will only ever be 4 of us living here. 3.5 bathrooms; I’m in the basement with 1 of the bathrooms, community half-bathroom on main floor, master bathroom on main floor, and the open room shares the remaining bathroom on the 2nd floor with one other person.

Neighbors are chill, honestly only met one of them (the others are basically non-existent) and he’s lived next door for 30 years, super chill guy, has let me borrow his leaf blower and stuff. Seems to only be older people and families in the neighborhood. I checked all the police records and crime statistics and in the 120 years that they’ve been collecting data on this area, there’s only been 1 crime in the history of this neighborhood and it was someone’s yard sign getting stolen in an election year like 20 years ago (lol). Very safe.

he 3 guys who you’d be living with all work from home and are workaholics that keep to themselves. 2 of us run our own tech company, 3rd guy sells insurance. We all have ear plugs/headphones so no one will ever complain if you’re loud (as long as it isn’t like, ridiculous). None of us cook very much so kitchen is rarely occupied. Sink is never overflowing with dishes. We’re all extremely low maintenance and there’s plenty of room in the house to go be alone if you want to be. We’re cool with partying occasionally but for the most part this isn’t a party house, it’s a house of guys working 24/7 trying to improve their lives. Each person usually just works until they’re burnt out and then whenever that happens they go chill in the theater (basement) until they recharge. 2 of us like EDM shows (me and other guy; other guy is also a DJ but isn’t annoying to live with, thank god) so if that’s your thing you can usually find company to go to shows with. I like snowboarding, gaming, and am on a pro MMA team.

We’re all very articulate and good at resolving small problems so that they never become big problems.
