My partner and I are looking to rent 1 to 2 rooms in our basement starting any day after 11/7/25. We have two medium sized dogs, both very friendly and trained.

No private entrance to the basement, access is through the main house.

I do have a queen size mattress in the room already, it’s up to the renter if they’d like to use it or not (I can easily move it to another part of the house)

1 room - $1,000 a month (includes utilities)
2 rooms - $1,500 a month (includes utilities)

Private full bathroom and access to additional storage space in basement.

Parking - you’d be able to park in the driveway

We're open to shorter rental agreements to start: 3-6 months

We’re walking distance to a large park, 10 minutes from cherry creek mall, and less than 5 minutes from the highway cne
