Seeking ONE housemate to share a 4BR, 2.5BA tri-level home in southeast Aurora with a huge yard! Pets welcome!

One standard size unfinished bedroom available for rent. Some furniture may be possible if needed.

Room faces West and gets great sunshine all afternoon! Room includes a closet and ceiling fan.

This room will be available after May 14, 2026, and can be prorated to the first of the next month.

COSTS
Room is $850/mo.

There’s an $850 deposit—equal to one month of rent

There is an online application from MySmartMove. com by TransUnion required for all potential renters. The fee is refundable if you are not selected as a tenant.

LEASE
Rooms rented on a month-to-month basis.

While open to a long term lease, month-to-month offers more convenience and flexibility.

Lease includes electric, water, high speed wifi, lawn, shoveling and trash services.

Tenants share housecleaning, trash and yard cleaning duties.

SHARED SPACES
Three bedrooms share one full bathroom with a jetted bathtub.

There is also a common half bath downstairs.

As current tenants share these spaces, we request new tenants be solo.

You are welcome to have short term overnight guests and are responsible for their actions.

This is a very calm and quiet household allowing housemates to work from home.

Tenants share all downstairs areas—kitchen, dining room, living room, family room and basement.

PETS
Pets are totally welcome!! There is currently one very sweet Beagle who lives in the house!!

A Summer Place has an XXL dog door for big fluffy or cute n tiny housemates! During the pandemic, we had six dogs in residence!! Cats are welcome too!!

The yard is huge and secure.

We installed secure new fences in 2019.

Home is 2,135sf and features a covered patio, full kitchen and partially finished basement.

Home is Tri-Level and has stairs going to all three levels.

Homeowner is disabled and working on increasing accessibility as needed.

Home is mostly unfurnished if you have furniture. Some furniture may be available as needed.

There is plenty of room to garden in the large fenced-in yard. We would love help with yard care/gardening if you enjoy being outdoors.

Our house has one of the largest yards in the neighborhood on a unique shaped lot

There is an abundance of street parking.

Limited storage available in the garage.

Smoking only allowed outside.

Rent includes wifi, trash, water and electric.

The home features an Evaporative Swamp Cooler (similar to air conditioning), Baseboard Heaters, Heated Tile Floor in the family room, New Water Heater and New Flooring and Carpeting.

House has a washer/dryer for tenants to use.

You can rent space to park a trailer or extra vehicle on the side of the house.
