This is a private room for one person in a shared house. Other tenants are students andor professionally employed. We raised our family in this home for years, but now offer it as a shared home for individuals. WE DO NOT ALLOW: smoking of any kind on the property (not friendly), No parties or drunkenness. Casual alcohol is ok. The public areas of the home are furnished, but your bedroom is not. Utilities, lawncare and snow removal are included*. Sharing a home with others cuts the cost of living dramatically, while adding security of others around home the majority of the time. Quiet neighborhood with long time neighbors and directly across from a school. Landlord does not live in the home currently, but did for over years.
