COSTS
Room is $1,100/mo.

There’s an $1,100 deposit—equal to one month of rent. It’ll be $2,200 total to move in.

There is an online application from MySmartMove. com by TransUnion required for all potential renters. The fee is refundable if you are not selected as a tenant.

LEASE
Rooms rented on a month-to-month basis.

While open to a long term leases, month-to-month offers more convenience and flexibility.

Lease includes use of garage, electric, water, high speed wifi, lawn, shoveling, housecleaning and trash services.

Tenants share basic housecleaning, trash and light yard cleaning duties.

SHARED SPACES
Three bedrooms share one full bathroom.

There’s a common half bath downstairs.

Tenants share all downstairs areas—kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, patio and basement.

PETS
A Summer Place welcomes well behaved pets!! Our yard is huge and secure.

HOME DETAILS
Home is partially furnished. Furniture can be adjusted as needed.

There is plenty of room to garden in the large fenced-in yard if you enjoy being outdoors.

Our house has one of the largest yards in the neighborhood

Smoking allowed outside only.

Rent includes water, electric, high speed wifi, trash collection.

Primary Suite also includes use of garage (and garage door opener.)
