Shared bathroom on the main floor but not with myself, looking to fill both rooms on the main floor. The room size is 16' 4" x 10' 3" and the other is roughly 10 X 11. Quite neighborhood and I'm quite, clean and respectful. Looking for somewhat of the same! Security deposit of 800. Proof of employment and background check. Currently occupied but she's looking to move out. I have a cat and she's comfortable around dogs. The house is still a little bit of a work in progress though I'm slowly painting and fixing things as I go, nothing major though. Very close to the hospital down the road so for a nurse this would be an ideal location!
