Quiet 1 room available

About me: hello! I'm Natalie! A 33 year ol who is social, clean, creative and nice! I own my home and have more room than needed so I like to prove cheaper rent while saving money on food expenses etc. I have a dog and two cats who are my world. I also was told by a previous roomie that I am the "best roomie ever!" I even got it in writing!

I have two rooms, but one is being used as a guest room currently. I may rent this in the future, or if you need two rooms it can be discussed.

About the room: A east facing unfurnished small/medium bedroom (ive had several roomies with queen beds, and still had plenty for room) a large window. and a mostly private full bath (except if we have guests or if I rent the room eventually.)

Renting of room would also include:
use of common areas of house, including washer and dryer, kitchen, use of a giant craft closet (just let me know if you want to use something, my answer will probably be yes) and space in attached garage (Yup! You read that right you never need to scrape off your car again). My house also has a cute backyard that I am in the process of redoing that I would love your help if you want! Utilities are included! Available April 1st

About the Neighborhood: Located just south of Lowry, my neighborhood is quiet, and safe. There is a large pool located just a block away for your use in the summer. We are surrounded by yummy restaurants (especially if you enjoy asian flare) and stores.

What I am looking for in a roomie:
- Women or Gay man that I can hopefully be friends with.
- Cat or dog (I've been burned by someone, so I need proof your dog is good with cats) or no pets but like them.
- Clean and willing to help with half basic house hold chores.
