Large bedroom with ample storage

I’m looking for a clean, tidy, and responsible person to rent an unfurnished bedroom with private bath in my 2 bed/2 baths condo. Non-smokers only.

The room is large and bright, with a spacious closet and additional built-in shelves. It comes with a private bathroom with a shower/tub and ample storage.

The condo was recently renovated and has AC, in-unit w/d, dishwasher, balcony, and a gas fireplace. It’s located in a quiet gated community with pool and free reserved parking. It is on the top floor of a two story building (no upstairs neighbor- yay!).

Rent includes water, internet, trash, compost, and recycling. Electricity/gas split 50/50 (on average $45 per person).

Shared spaces include kitchen with new appliances, living and dining areas, laundry with new w/d, and balcony.

No smoking of any kind allowed inside or on the patio.

The condo is walking distance to a large shopping area including multiple grocery stores, Costco, Target, etc. Lots of fun restaurant options nearby as well. Direct bus route to downtown Denver is 5 minutes by foot. ~20 minute drive to downtown. ~ 40 minutes by bus.

Please note the $750 deposit means $1,800 (1st month rent + deposit) would be due upon moving in. I also require an application with credit check and will check references.

I have a very friendly and chatty senior cat (20 y. o.). For that reason I’m unable to consider pets.

About me: Professional female in her mid- 40s working from home 2 days/week. I love to cook and enjoy socializing around a glass of wine or cocktail. I am clean and tidy and expect my housemate to be the same. I love to be outdoors and like to hike. Would love to find a housemate with shared interests but not a must.
