Just moved in and realize our new home is too big and quiet! Would love to find a professional or healthcare worker to share our space! Must keep common areas neat.

Husband is an operations manager, wife is a dental assistant. We never argue, are laid-back, and work 4-5 days a week. We have a small Terrier dog 2 years old that loves to play and does not shed!

Your suite is on the 3rd floor and has a queen bed, small desk, TV to stream from your phone, mountain views, a walk-in closet, and your own bathroom accessed from within your room! Our laundry room has a washer, dryer, and a washer/dryer combo so you’ll never have to wait to use it! The common area is all located on the 2nd floor with a large comfortable L-shaped couch/recliners, kitchen with quartz countertops, keurig, & SS appliances. You choose if you’d like to eat at the kitchen bar or at the 2nd floor balcony table which also has a gas grill. The 1st floor patio has tons of seating and a gas fire pit for s’mores in the evenings!

We also have a RZR that we take trail-riding about once a month and you’re welcome to join.

We are about 3 blocks to the nearest bus stop which can take you to the light rail about 2 miles away. Or, if you own a vehicle, there is plenty of street parking.

Home is located in a new community near 88th and Federal in Westminster. All utilities, rent, and furniture included within one rent price!
