Hello, we are two roommates looking for a third. We have a room available in a 2100 sqft, 4 bed 2 bathroom home on the border of Westminster and Denver, 5 minutes from the Westminster train station, Route 36, and I-25. We have an in-home office, hardwood flooring, two living rooms, backyard garden with 4 egg-laying chickens, covered back patio, grill, basement, garage, easy parking, dishwasher, dryer, and newly purchased washing machine and water heater.
