2 Basement Rooms Open Near Regis University

Hey! We’ve got two rooms available in the basement of a house near Regis University.
• Room A: Available now
• Room B: Available May 1st (flexible a couple weeks before or after)

The basement has its own bathroom, fridge, living room and kitchen area!!!

Rent: $600 per room + utilities (usually under $75 even at the highest)

Location: Really cute, walkable area with a bar, brewery, pizza spot, sandwich shop, and convenience store close by. We also have plenty of parking with our own little lot.

House vibe: LGBTQ+ friendly, not a party house. We’re pretty chill, drama-free, responsible, and like to keep common spaces clean. Looking for the same energy.

Roommates: Tay lives downstairs and is rarely around. Tony, Rose, and Max live upstairs. Everyone mostly keeps to themselves. Clean, quiet house 😁

No pets, unfortunately.
