I have a fully furnished bedroom available in a house in Westminster with two other roommates. Both roommates are in their 50s and work the night shift. They both keep the shared living space clean and are very friendly. We would just ask the same of any new addition to the house, along with respect for others' sleep.

WiFi and all utilities are included with your rent, and we have all streaming services available on the tv in the living room. A tv can also be placed in the bedroom upon request.

We have a great backyard and plenty of free parking. The neighborhood is very safe and easily accessible to the Denver area.
