One bed with private bathroom available

Hello!

We are looking for a non smoking roommate to rent out a bedroom with a private full bathroom in our beautiful home. We are located in the Berkley area of Denver. The house is located in a calm neighborhood, parks close by, near the highway to get you anywhere you want to go fast(10 minutes from downtown Denver, 9 minutes to old town Arvada, 15 minutes to Golden, 20 minutes to Boulder, and less than 20 minutes from the Red Rocks Amphitheater!)

Rent is $1100/month. All utilities are included. Security deposit is $400. Move in date would Ideally be January 1st but we can be flexible (earlier or later).

We need a clean and respectful roommate who is looking for a calm and peaceful place to call home. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets at this time

The house has a new brand carpet in the bedrooms and living room, tile in the kitchen and bathroom. VR head set in the living room. Central AC and heating. Hot tub is coming soon!.
