Hello! We currently have two rooms available in our shared Westminster home. Each room is $1,300/month (utilities included), with flexible lease options of 6 or 12 months.

Perfectly located just 3 minutes from US-36, 15 minutes to downtown Denver, and 5 minutes to I-70 and I-25 — offering easy access to the mountains and anywhere around the Denver area.

-4 bed, 3 bath (4/2 upstairs, 1 Powder Room downstairs)
-Fully renovated house, kitchen, living area, formal dining, formal living area, and a loft! 3.6K sq/ft
-House is furnished (bring what you'd like though).
-Relaxing backyard with a shared patio furniture set
-The room can come furnished or unfurnished whichever you prefer
-Both Rooms have been renovated, which includes walk-in closet and new flooring, window coverings, fan with lights.

-Garage/driveway parking available and street parking as well

Lease is one year or six months available today (opportunity for renewal at that point)
