Shared spaces include two living rooms with smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, and pantryfridge space for each guest. I only rent out 3 rooms out of the 5. The upper floor two bedrooms share one bathroom and the basement floor room has it's own bathroom. I am occasionally on premise (i travel a lot for work and have another home in different state) in the basement floor and would share the basement bathroom. The highlight is the backyard oasis: a woodburning hot tub, an invigorating cold plunge , and a Finnish sauna with hot stones for steam sessions.
