The room is 2 bedrooms connected via sliding door. Can create one bigger space or 2 smaller spaces. I've included a photo for each room from a previous roommate (with their permission to share).

Monthly Rent: $1000 per month plus half of utilities
Security Deposit: $800
Last month's rent: $1000

This is a shared residence, so the room is intended for one tenant.

Public off-street parking.

There is one 8 year old dog in the home. Additional pets are not preferred, but one pet can be considered.
