The room shares a bath, full kitchen and laundry room, bimonthly professional cleaning service of all common areas (no extra charge), has keypad locks on all doors for $mo & a $fee for all utilities included.

A little about me: I’m a rd grade elementary teacher that loves going for walks, hanging out with friends, and trying to eat as much sushi as I possibly can! I know how hard it can be to find safe and affordable housing close to Denver, so that’s why I’m offering to share this house with other awesome people! No pets we love them, but this isn’t the place for them.
