I'm looking for a female roommate to join me in Northglenn!

The room is on the larger side because it is two rooms together! It has hardwood floors and bright natural light. And would have a private bathroom.

The N line light rail is across the street (outside the neighborhood). About a 20 minute walk or a less than 5 minute drive.

There is one dog in the home. He's 8 years old, fully potty trained, but not kenneled - he roams around the house. At this time, no additional pets are preferred but one may be considered if they get along with mine. But there would be an additional $30 per month pet rent and $200 refundable pet damage deposit.

The townhome does have a garage space for $100/month if that's of interest as well, but there is ample off-street parking. The neighborhood is family friendly and we haven't had any issues.

A $48 background check will be required (paid for by the applicant).
