I'm looking for a female roommate to share a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome with.

The room was previously 2 separate spaces, but a couple of years ago the wall between was sectioned out to form one larger room with two closets.

Flexibility to move in in March.

The N line light rail is across the street (outside the neighborhood). About a 20 minute walk or a less than 5 minute drive.

There is one dog in the home. He's 8 years old, fully potty trained, but not kenneled - he roams around the house. At this time, no additional pets can be accommodated.

A background check will be required (paid for by the applicant).
