I'm looking for a female roommate to share a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome with.

Both rooms are on the smaller side, with hardwood floors and bright natural light. The two rooms will share a bathroom.

The N line light rail is across the street (outside the neighborhood). About a 20 minute walk or a less than 5 minute drive.

There is one dog in the home. He's 8 years old, fully potty trained, but not kenneled - he roams around the house. At this time, no additional pets are preferred but one may be considered if they get along with mine. But there would be an additional $30 per month pet rent and $200 refundable pet damage deposit.

The townhome does have a garage space for $100/month if that's of interest as well, but there is ample off-street parking. The neighborhood is family friendly and we haven't had any issues.

A background check will be required (paid for by the applicant).
