My roomate, Joe, and I are looking for a third roomate for a spacious room in a 2100sq ft home near Regis. Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, and garage (storage). Huge side yard with garden.

Options: upstairs ($950) or downstairs (bigger bedroom, private bathroom, $1050).

We are late 30s, teaching/programming professionals, early to bed and early to rise on weekdays. On weekends we ski and rock climb, and like to have some brews/bonfires/poker parties on occasion.

We each have a dog, and they just let us live here.
