The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood a mile and a half east of I-25, about 20 minutes north of downtown Denver, depending on traffic and within 5-minute drive of a light rail station. Grocery and retail stores, fast food restaurants and gas stations all within a mile of the house. The house has a partially finished basement with laundry facilities located in the unfinished area. There is a decent sized back yard and smaller front yard. neither are fully enclosed There is free street parking in front of the property. The room is 10'x11' with a decent sided closet and has two windows.

I'm the owner of the home, and have one female tenant who is renting another room in the house. I'm seeking a female roommate who is honest, responsible and fairly neat and who is looking for something fairly long term, although I prefer renting on a month-to-month basis. I'm fine with an outside smoked. A cat(s) or dog is fine as long as the pet is house broken and non-destructive.

I am an active, honest, liberal-minded, retired homeowner who is respectful of others. I'm on the quiet side and easy to get along with. I'm not a partier. I do drink socially and am 420 friendly.
