You'll be sharing the home with up to three other people, although it is currently just me. I'm looking for working professionals who are clean, respectful, and considerate of others' space and privacy. I enjoy having a friendly, social environment but also appreciate a quiet, relaxing home.

I'm a working professional in the energy industry and work a hybrid schedule. Outside of work, I love being active and spending time outdoors. I travel often, enjoy dancing and riding my motorcycle. I'm always up for a good conversation about business, new ideas, or pretty much anything interesting!

I'm pretty easygoing and enjoy getting to know the people I live with, but also value everyone's personal space and independence.

My home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Westminster, CO. It's a great central location with easy access to Denver, Boulder, Golden, nearby parks and plenty of outdoor activities.

Transportation:

About 20 minutes to Downtown Denver, 25 minutes to Boulder and Golden, and 35 minutes to Denver International Airport. Convenient access to major highways makes getting around the Denver metro area easy.

Utilities:

$100/mo flat rate in addition to rent.
