Looking for a roommate to fill the master bedroom in our house in Thornton starting October 7th. Rent is $1,000/month + utilities. Just 15 minutes north of downtown and in a good safe area.

This is a private master suite with plenty of space and great storage, including:

-Bedroom: 18'11" x 12'7"
-Private bathroom: 6'10" x 5'6" (newly renovated bathroom floor)
-Large walk-in closet: 7'8" x 10'1"

The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. The home also includes:

-Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms
-In-unit washer and dryer
-Backyard
-Covered garage parking
-Additional storage space

You’d be living with 3 other roommates, including me. We’re looking for someone quite, responsible, respectful, and easygoing who would be a good fit for the house.

Lease term: Ideally 6 months or 1 year, but I’m flexible and happy to discuss other arrangements. Happy to have someone go month-to-month if need be
